Hardik has experience in business development and analysis. He is often called upon to undertake due diligence, pre-investment analysis for seed stage venture firms, including developing and analyzing business plans and business models and conducting market research.
Hardik founded Neo Magix Creations in Mumbai (India), a startup specializing in manufacturing and supplying personalized gifting to corporate and retail customers.
Prior to Neo Magix Creations, Hardik worked with Enercon Enterprises, a venture capital-backed organization. While there he modeled new business processes and established retail market pilots for creating corporate franchising business, and worked as a project manager with the parent company.
He received his undergraduate in engineering from Mumbai University, India. He was awarded scholarship from University of Cincinnati where he received his MBA where he concentrated on Finance, Strategy and New Venture Development. At UC he served as Vice President for MBA Association and also for AID (Association for India's Development) of which he is also a member.
